The credentialing board

Credentialing is a clock, not a step. It runs in the background from day one while the rest of the build moves. This board shows where each payer sits today.

Honest limit: timelines are the payer's responsibility, not ours. We file clean, chase weekly, and keep this board current, but no one controls how long a payer takes to say yes.
