Please read and accept these terms before using the Homefield portal. When you buy a product or use this portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy the product or use the portal.
The products and this portal are provided by RealizedAI LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Homefield Advisory (Florida fictitious name registration G26000113474) ("Homefield," "we," "us"). You can reach us at hello@homefieldadvisory.com.
The guides, worksheets, calculators, templates, and any coaching in this portal are general educational and operational information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, medical, clinical, coding, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who knows your specific situation.
Using this portal does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-advisory, or other professional relationship between you and Homefield or its owners.
Laws, licensing board rules, payer policies, tax rules, and dollar thresholds differ by state and change over time. Our materials describe general practice as we understood it when written. Before you act on anything here, you are responsible for confirming the current, specific requirements with your own attorney, CPA, insurer, licensing board, and payers.
We do not guarantee any business, financial, licensing, or legal result. Any action you take based on these materials is your own decision, taken at your own risk.
Some materials describe business structures, including co-ownership arrangements. These are general descriptions of what may be possible, not a recommendation that a structure is right or lawful for you. Do not form, sign, or fund any business structure described here without first having your own attorney review it for your situation.
You are buying access to a set of digital materials, which may include guides, checklists, worksheets, calculators, and templates, delivered through this portal, plus an account to view and download them. Some products also include access to data tools, such as ranked lists of referral sources near your practice, built from public records and our own scoring. In these terms, "materials" includes those data tools and the lists, scores, and records they show you. The product you bought, and its price, are shown at checkout. We may add, update, or improve the materials over time.
Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details with Stripe, not with us, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe sends you a payment receipt. The price shown at checkout is in US dollars and does not include any taxes that may apply.
Upgrade credit. Each purchase credits in full toward the next step up: the Side Practice Kit toward the Launch Library or Practice Launch, the Launch Library toward Practice Launch, and PTA Path materials ($99) toward the first month of PTA Path coaching, if you upgrade within twelve months of the earlier purchase. One credit per step, applied at checkout or on the engagement invoice; email us when you upgrade.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own practice. You may view and download them, and you may fill in and adapt the templates with your own information for your own use.
You may not resell, share, publish, or redistribute the materials or your login. You may not give, sell, or lend your account access to anyone else. You may not use the materials to build or run a competing product. One purchase is for one user.
You may not copy the materials in bulk. That means no scripts, bots, scrapers, browser extensions, or other automated tools to read, download, or extract portal pages or data, and no systematic copying by hand of more than you need for your own practice. Downloading a guide, exporting your own working list, or printing a page for your own use is fine. Building a copy of our lists or scores, in whole or in large part, is not.
We own the materials and everything in the portal, apart from the information you add yourself. A template you fill in with your own practice details is yours to use. The underlying template, and the rest of the materials, remain ours.
Your setup link is one time and expires in 7 days. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@homefieldadvisory.com if you think someone else has your login. We keep your access available for as long as we offer the portal. If you bought PTA Path coaching, your portal access to the PTA Path materials stays after coaching ends.
We keep basic records of portal use, such as which pages, lists, and files an account opens and when, and we limit how fast an account can move through the data pages. We use these records to run the portal, spot misuse, and enforce these terms.
Our digital products are delivered by portal access. Access is delivered when your account is created and the product appears on your portal dashboard. Except where the law requires otherwise, all sales are final once access is delivered, and we do not offer refunds.
If we confirm a material factual error in the then-current materials, we will use reasonable efforts to correct the affected materials. That correction policy is not a promise of legal, tax, billing, coding, insurance, credentialing, or business outcomes, and nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
If you never receive the access you paid for, or you are charged more than once for the same order, email us at hello@homefieldadvisory.com and we will deliver the access or reverse the erroneous charge.
PTA Path coaching and Owner Coaching bill monthly. Cancel before your next billing date by emailing hello@homefieldadvisory.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; we do not refund the unused part of a month. If you bought PTA Path coaching, your portal access to the PTA Path materials stays after coaching ends.
We work to keep the materials accurate and useful, but we provide them as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the materials are error-free, current, or fit for your particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Homefield and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the materials or the portal. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product that the claim relates to.
You agree to cover us (including reasonable legal costs) against claims that arise from your misuse of the materials, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights.
We may update the materials and these terms. When we make a material change to these terms, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you log in. Your continued use after that means you accept the current terms.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by sharing your login, redistributing the materials, or copying the materials in bulk. We may do this without notice when we see automated or bulk copying under way.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.
We handle the account information you give us in line with our Privacy Policy.
