About
Homefield Advisory helps physical therapists build and run practices they own. Rob Poliszuk built one in Miami. Brett Myers analyzes its finances every month. Brett founded Homefield on what that practice taught him. Rob advises it.

Clinical Advisor
Rob founded a physical therapy practice in Miami that offers one-on-one care in patients' homes and in the clinic. Before opening it, he ran warmups and injury-reduction work for NFL and Division I football players, and did research at the University of Miami.
At Homefield, Rob advises on the clinical side of running a practice: the care model, the patient experience, and what patients will pay cash for. He reviews our guides and playbooks. He does not treat patients or supervise care for Homefield clients.
Doctor of Physical Therapy, University of Miami. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2013. BS in Exercise Science, SUNY Cortland.
Founder
Brett spent eleven years in corporate finance at large companies in grocery retail, manufacturing, logistics, and defense. He ran annual budgets, a $50 million capital budget, and more than $100 million in daily cash flows.
For Rob's practice, Brett and his team handle insurance billing and payer follow-up, prepare contractor pay runs, deliver monthly financial analysis, and review vendor costs. They also built tools the front desk uses, including an insurance benefits checker, a lookup that matches new patients to a nearby therapist, patient intake and consent forms, and a new-patient call guide.
At Homefield, Brett leads the finance work behind Back Office and Owner Coaching.
BS in Finance, Florida State University.
The name
Borrowed from sports, a "homefield" is ground that is your own. Most PTs spend their career on someone else's field, working for a hospital or a big clinic.
Homefield builds the ground for you to fully own your practice: your own front door, your own name on the building.
How we work together
You treat the patients and own the practice. We run the business behind it, so your time goes to care.
When we handle your billing, claims go out under your name and your NPI. Your patients, your payer contracts, and your license stay with you.
