Can a PTA really co-own a clinic in Florida?

Yes, when a licensed PT delivers and supervises the care and the clinic is structured correctly. We coach you to the right structure and the right questions. Every co-ownership deal gets set up with a Florida healthcare attorney before anyone signs. We are your guide, not your lawyer.

Do I need money to start?

No. The wellness and contract routes start with a plan, not capital. The ownership route depends on the deal you and your partner frame.

Is this legal, tax, or investment advice?

No. It is a coaching program. The routes depend on your situation and on Florida rules that change; specific structures get set up with your own attorney and CPA.

How is this different from owner coaching?

Same format, same people, half the price. Owner coaching is $1,000 a month because a practice is on the line. The PTA Path is $500 a month for PTAs building income and ownership from the other side of the license line.
